RED ALERT! RED ALERT!
[looks through the daily news]
[screams]
Hi everyone! Remember everything I said yesterday about COVID-19?
That’s old news.
After reading the new news, my jaw dropped. With 586 new cases of COVID-19 - that’s a daily increase of more than 100 since yesterday - and ten more hospitalizations reported TODAY, as the title says, RED ALERT! RED ALERT! AAAAAAAH!
We went into the orange zone yesterday, and we’re almost at the red. Dude, I just can’t believe it. A virus spreading faster than I can write. Yikes. Is that even possible? Apparently, it is.
The total number of corona cases is now 68,128.
That’s a lot.
Montreal’s doing worse, with 219 cases today amounting to a total of 31,528, while Quebec City has got 92 cases for a total of 3,061 and Monteregie reached 10,014 after reporting 76 new cases.
Aaaaargh!
In my opinion, big cities like Montreal, Quebec City, Mauricie and Beauce-Appalaches are heading into the red zone if we’re not careful, and we have got to stop this, fast.
Our province is at the start of the second wave of COVID-19, and I don’t know about you, but I don't want to move back into lockdown.
Even if you’re not in Quebec, can you please help? To help, respect the government’s guidelines for your country, and don’t share food.
Thank you so much for reading this!
